How To Disable Background Data Usage On My Samsung Galaxy J7

How-do-you-do,

Facing event with Samsung J7 on mobile data with WhatsApp and few other messengers.

Settings - Information usage - WhatsApp - Restrict background information would be initially disabled by default where messages would flow to my inbox without whatever issue.

Without me irresolute the preference, it would automatically be enabled and stop receiving messages till I open up WhatsApp or I manually modify the preference to disable fashion. This keeps on repeating It happens only with mobile information.

Request a solution for this.
